is it possible to add a “PAID” status?
At the moment our website has the majority of the transaction by bank and cash, so it would be sufficient to check a “PAID” status and avoid to complete the payment manually every time.

Is so then I would advise against doing so. You can simply manually set the registration status to ‘Approved’ if you prefer not to add the payment amount within the admin (not that the transaction tracking for revenue etc may not function correctly if you do this)
Approved registrations apply to the event regardless of the transaction status they have.
