Hi,
Is it possible to sort the counties dropdown and place the country above the county as they selected this 1st. Currently counties are listed and grouped by country. I want Ireland to be above USA

Hi Alan,
You can rearrange the order of the registration questions through the Address question group editor.
Drag and drop the country question above the state/province question and then save changes.
On changing the order of the dropdown, that could be done using jQuery. Here is an example:

On the page load, it is repositioning one of the values to another location.
