Standard Payment Methods Not Showing

After installing Event Espresso 4 Core Regular v4.10.6.p and doing setup, the Payment Method shows no options, shouldn’t this show the payment methods included in the core install, I’m specifically looking for the PayPal Express and Paypal Pro. I don’t see either one as a downloadable plug-in. I tried deleting and re-install and same result.

Hi there,

It sounds like your account didn’t update with the capabilities for payment methods.

Go to Event Espresso -> Maintenance -> Reset/Delete Data (tab).

Click the ‘Reset Event Espresso Capabilities’ button.

Do the payment methods now show up?
