Standard event price and sale price

Hi guys,
Hoping someone can help.

We are trying to run an event, with a standard price, lets say £100. However we want to run an early bird discount on the event, so £90 for the first week for example. Is it possible to set a sale price for one week on the event and then it revert back to the standard price once the early bird week promo is finished? Or do you have to manually change the event price once the early bird promo is over?

Hi there,

One way to achieve this is to create a discounted ticket which has the sale end date set to the same date/time as the ‘standard’ ticket goes on sale date.

For example your early bird ticket could go on sale today and have the sell until datetime set to Monday 16th 2016 9:00am, then set the standard ticket goes on sale to Monday 16th 2016 9:00am.

Would that work?
