SSL not working on the payment page only

upgrade my site theinstantartist.com from EE3 to EE4 early Feb, and, since then, looks like my existing SSL doesn’t work on page the customer enters their credit card information on but it’s showing secure everywhere else. How is this fixed? GoDaddy wanted $80 to work the issue but seems it’s an EE issue since it worked fine on EE3 and the SSL is site-wide.

Hi Melissa,

Your payment method is currently loading an image over http which is likely what is causing the problem.

Go to Event Espresso -> Payment methods -> PayPal Pro.

Take a look at the Button URL setting on that page. It has something like http://10p.d7f.myftpupload.com....

Remove everything set in that field and save.

Event Espresso should update to use the latest like from your site and it should show your domain rather than 10p.d7f.myftpupload.com, does that fix the problem?
