Hello, |
Hi there Rebecca, Your caching plugin is causing an issue here. Could you please setup no-cache rules as shown in this tutorial? https://eventespresso.com/wiki/setup-nocache-exclusion-rules-event-espresso/#wpsupercache Then please update to the latest version of Event Espresso 4. Once that is done, then please reply here so we can take another look at your page. Thanks — |

Hello, |
Thank you. Are you referring to the green HTTPS lock vs the yellow HTTPS lock? http://cl.ly/image/1I393n2p2R35 — |

|
Yes, the yellow warning on the lock tells users that data submitted could be seen by others and that there is non-secure items on the page. |
Hi Rebecca, How are you securing your pages? Which options are you using? Can you run through the steps here to setup SSL on the EE core pages: |
|
|
We followed those instructions to set it up. |
There is an issue with the HTTPS setup on your site, some sites need the ‘URL Filters’ section to be set within WordPress HTTPS to work correctly. Can you go to Dashboard -> HTTPS. Scroll down to the bottom and you’ll see a ‘URL Filters’ section. Add these two strings: /thank-you/ So it will look like this – http://take.ms/66D64 Update the settings and retest if the checkout page loads correctly. |

|
Thank you, we seem to have it working well now. |

Hi, I’m going to mark this as resolved and close the thread. Should you need to continue this discussion, please start a new forum thread and link to this one. Thanks! |
