I accept payments via Square and it seems to require that I disconnect and reconnect every month or so. I get no notification until a customer contacts me with the error message they receive. Both times, I go an disconnect and reconnect with no other changes and it works but seems temporary. Why does this continue to time out. I used paypal for years with no problem but switched to square to reduce expenses.
This is a high priority for us and we’re looking into it further.
