Split: Too many notification emails

Any resolve on this? I have a client that when they send a newsletter to recipients, some of them get it 50 times. I tried to put in Sendgrid so I can get better insight, but I cant even test a newsletter with sendgrid installed.

Can you check your server’s PHP logs for sendmail related errors at the times these emails were generated and sent?

What happens when you try to test a newsletter when Sendgrid is installed?
