Original thread: https://eventespresso.com/topic/high-number-of-failed-registrations/ Hello Im a new user and have the same problem with failed registrations. When i have two events available at the same time sometimes when we test the functions we end up with a registration from the wrong event … This is a huge problem ad i like the program but i need it to work flawless |
Hi SBF, I’ve split your thread into its own thread so we can focus on your individual set up. Are you running any caching plugins? Does your host use server side caching? Can you link me to one of your events I can run some test registrations on please. |

Hello Thanks for a quick answer I only have one event online right now and i have realised that i can be som cashing problem due to its the second registration that brings the problems. We use WP Super Cash This is the link: http://bilstereoforbundet.se/events/anmalan-elmia-2/ And even if i trash all registrations and users i can’t make a new registration without a error page. |
Hi, another member experienced this issue yesterday. Its due to the caching plugin caching Event Espresso content. That content should be excluded since it is dynamic similar to a shopping cart. Please setup no-cache rules for your caching plugin as described here: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/setup-nocache-exclusion-rules-event-espresso/#wpsupercache Note that the example pages are from a default version of Event Espresso 4. If your page slugs are different, then please use your actual page slugs. Thanks — |

Looks like it works lika a charma… Thanks for great support |
Great. Please let us know if this clears up the issue. Also, keep in mind that caching may work differently for logged-in users vs public visitors. Setup the no-cache rules according to the article: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/setup-nocache-exclusion-rules-event-espresso/#wpsupercache Then open an alternative web browser and test the registration process: — |
