I am using Reaktiv CSS Builder and the above code does not work for me, I still see “click here to add a new state/province” link on my registration checkout page.
Please advise. Thank you.

P.S. – I am using EE Version 4.6.29.p with wordpress 4.2

I am not seeing that message. Can you clear your browser cache or try a different browser?

My apologies, I am seeing “click here to add a new state/province”. I mistook what I was seeing.
