Split: Reinstall because website is down with HTTP ERROR 500.

Hello,

I’m getting the same issue. the same 500 error but when deactivating the plugin by renaming the plugins folder and reactivating yours the site had the issues.

Any ideas?

Hi there,

Error 500 just means ‘something went wrong’ and doesn’t provide enough information to know what the problem is.

If you take a look at the servers error logs you should see the full error being thrown, if you can post that error here we can provide further feedback.
