Hello, I have exactly the same problem! I am using the plugin Pronamic Pay to handle the payments. Payments received for my Gravity Forms work fine.
Payments for Event Espresso don’t. No registration, and even manually approved payments don’t get registered, so no confirmation for the customer and no notification for us, even though the payment was successful.

Hi there,

I’ve split your thread into its own as although it may sound similar, the original thread concerns 2 payment methods provided by EE and the user is using EE4, the site linked to your license is using EE3 and uses a 3rd party payment method.

No registration, and even manually approved payments don’t get registered, so no confirmation for the customer and no notification for us, even though the payment was successful.

I don’t follow this part, what do you mean by manually approved payments?

When the customer pays for an event, I would get a notification email from EE, the customer would get a confirmation email and ticket, and in the event list with participants/applicants I could see the registration like 2/10, or 1/15.
None of this happens anymore?
When I open the list of participants from this event, I can see the participant, but with an incompleted payment. When I adjust that to payment completed, still nothing happens, the list would still indicate “0”.

Have you contacted Pronamic for support? The reason I ask is because Event Espresso does not support the Pronamic Pay plugin.
