Sometimes the registration works. Sometimes it shows the error message. When the error appears, submitting the form a second usually works, but most users will be confused by this of course.

I’m not seeing any duplicate fields on your registration form but your software is out of date. Could you backup your site and update to the current version of Event Espresso 4?
