That is useful to know, Tony. If you disable this syncing I assume one must manually check, each time, to see if the user’s details have changed and either prompt the user or to separately update that information, correct?
If you see an existing support post that sounds like your issue or question, then please create your own support post and then include a link to the support post that you saw. This will help us prevent confusion when multiple members are posting.
If the sync option is turned off such as deactivating the WP user integration, then a registration that occurs while it is off will not change any contact information for an existing registrant/attendee record.
