Split: Payment not showing correct. Shows as incomplete when payment can be found

I was just about to do a post on this. I think I reported a similar problem before, but had limited details. I use mijireh.

I had someone register for a class, the payment went through, the transaction was approved, but the registration was not approved. The one thing that I identified as being odd with this is that there were 2 transactions – the first one declined.

Hi Derek,

Hmm, so, the payment from Mijireh shows as Approved, and the transaction status shows as Complete? (Shown at the top of the same page as the EE payment you have HERE).

If you check the server error logs from around the time that payment was made, do you see any error from EE there?

Yes, that it correct. I’m not sure about error logs.

I’ll let you know if I notice it happen again.

Hi Derek,

When you go into view the Transaction on the Event Espresso > Transactions page, does the registration’s status automatically switch to Approved?

I’m not sure. I already manually switched it to Approved from the registration details screen. Sorry…
