Hi Mathew, We also facing the same issue. We have created event and when we book it we not getting any email. I have installed the WP Mail SMTP plugin but no luck. Please check. Thanks

Sometimes the emails go to spam. Have you checked there?
The “use fancy email headers” setting will change the from name to the name set as the organization name in Event Espresso>General settings. This may help to prevent that.
