i have the same problem… the “sender” address is a @gmail.com
would it be an issue ?

Hi Sandra,

Just to confirm, if you use the ‘Re-send registration’ button the email is received?

Which ‘sender address’ is the gmail account? As in where is this set within Event Espresso? (I’m guessing Event Espresso -> General Settings?)
