I’m not sure WHEN my calendar stopped working, but right now when I try to load the page I get a Server Error code: 500. WordPress Version: 3.6 Haven’t added any plugins in the last couple of weeks, but DID upgrade both EE and the Calendar plugin. Curiously, we also had a drafted event sitting in the event list that I just activated today. That’s when I noticed that the calendar page had tanked. However, I do not know for sure that the calendar page was working prior to that. |

Hi, Server errors are usually due to the server not having enough resources to cope for whatever reason. Can you go to Event Espresso > System Status. Then click the Generate report button at the top and copy an paste the results here. Can you also advise the number of active events you currently have running. |

Not sure where to find active events, but this is from top of the page. Let me know if you can solve this issue. we need to be able to use your product for numerous events. Help, please.. |
Hi Susan, Sidney follow up in the other thread that you started: |

Ah, I feel like an idiot for not checking the System Status page. It DID recommend upping the memory to 64M, which I’ve done. Hi William, One thing you can try to see if it makes a difference is change the calendar shortcode so show_expired=false. If it starts working that’s a good indication that the server is hitting a query limit when it tries to load up all the events. In which case the beta version of the calendar could be downloaded from your account page and installed. (it loads up the events month by month instead of all at once). You can get access to beta versions by opting in to the pre-release channel. The other thing you can check is the server’s error logs to possibly get more information about what is causing the error. |

Thanks, Josh! I’ll take a look at the beta version. It would be really helpful for our students to be able to refer back to past events. Many thanks for the speedy attention to my quandary! |
