Hello, we have successfully used the the EE with Authorize.net Accept on a previous site for our client. We’ve recently redeveloped the site and trying to integrate EE on the new site, but are running into an issue where the registration is hanging after the test credit card information is entered. We are getting the “Test Mode” email receipt notification from Authorize.net, and EE is accepting the registration but with a payment pending status. Any ideas on why EE may not be completing the payment transaction?

Hi there,

When this happens its usually becuase something on the site is blocking the iFrame communicator from loading:

{domain}/wp-content/plugins/eea-authnet-accept/iframe-communicator.php

If you open that up in your browser, do you see a 403 error or a whitescreen? (You should see just whitescreen)

Can you link me to an event I can run a test registration, please?
