I’m looking to see if anybody else has had an issue where specific customers never transfer over to Infusionsoft.
This is an issue we deal with form time to time, but after keeping data, I can tell you that there are a group of customers that consistently never transfer over to Infusionsoft and therefore don’t have any of the follow up automation that we have implemented.
I am still hoping that one day, this will no longer be an issue, but for now, grasping for clues.
I’m not aware of this being an issue for anyone else. Do those same registrants have unique contact records within Event Espresso 4’s Registrations > Contact page? Also, does this happen on a specific event only?
