Hi,

I am wanting to add a sorting feature to the top of this list of events http://www.artnook.org/art-classes/school-year-classes/ so that my customers can press “age: 8-10” for example and the page will snap directly to the box “LEVEL TWO: ART CONFIDENCE (AGES 8-10).” Is this possible? If so, how?

Hi,

It appears you’re using a custom event list page (not the standard archive), so I’d recommend just creating and using HTML anchor links. You can search for other html examples, but here is one: https://en.support.wordpress.com/splitting-content/page-jumps/

You could also categorize and/or tag the events accordingly so that you have specific pages for those events (e.g. http://www.artnook.org/tag/test/).

Does that help?

Your second link does not seem to work…so I do not understand that.

No, the second link won’t work until you tag your events accordingly. That is just an example.

You need to tag and/or categorize your events in the event editor:

tag categorize events

Oh ok. I think I understand. I think I will go with HTML anchor links. Thanks.
