Hi 🙂 My registration process was working fine until today, when I get this message on every event. I’ve cleared the cache and tried in different browsers, still the same error. Here’s a link to a test event. Please can you help?

Update: I just test in Safari and now it’s working. Just don’t understand how it is not working in FF and Chrome even though cache is cleared. No caching plugins activated at the moment.

I have just tested this in both Chrome and FF and had no issues.
When you say you have cleared the cache, do you mean locally or on the server?

If you go to this page to view the source in the browser:
view-source:http://worldofvirtues.com/event-registration/?ee=16
and scroll to the bottom you’ll note that there are files in /wp-content/uploads/espresso/templates.
If these are from an older version that can cause issues. It looks like some of the templates that were copied over are not in use, so you could try renaming that directory so that Event Espresso’s templates are not getting overridden.
The other thing I noticed is the registration page is getting served as a cached file. These need to be set to not be served as cached files. WP Super Cache has an advanced setting that lets you set pages to not be cached. Here’s a screenshot of what the setting will look like after you add Event Espresso’s pages there:
