Buenos días, quería saber si tienen soporte en español.

Gracias y un saludo.

Hi there,

I used google translate for the above and it appears your want to know if we provide support in Spanish?

All of our support staff are English so at this time, we do not. However, if you are asking if Event Espresso can be translated to Spanish, then yes, it can.

Hi, we have installed Event Espresso on a client’s website to manage the registration for courses and events.

Now the client asks us to issue certificates of attendance and diplomas for the people who attend the courses.

Would it be possible by registering the people registered through Event Espresso to generate such certificates?

There is some extension or plugin that can perform this process.

I am using google translate to translate the text and I do not know if my query will be well understood.

Thanks and best regards
Manuel Segura.

Hi there

Unfortunately, we do not currently have a certificate of attendance feature at this time.

We do have it planned for a future version of the add-on on our roadmap here:

Thanks for the reply.

I have seen that maybe with the extension “Printable Tickets Add-on” we could modify it to fulfill the function of issuing a certificate of assistance instead of a ticket, but it is a payment extension.

Would there be possibility to get a demo of “Printable Tickets Add-on” to be able to make tests and verify that it can fulfill the function that we are looking for?

Thanks and best regards
Manuel Segura.

There’s no way for me to send you a demo copy of the ticketing add-on but if you sign up for a demo site here: https://demoee.org

Let me know what your demo site is and I can add the ticketing add-on for you to test there, would that work for you?

Thanks, we have created a test in https://demoee.org but in the ADD-ONS section there is no “Printable Tickets” which is what we are interested in doing the tests.

Is there any way to include it?

A greeting.

Yes, I’ll need to install it for you as it isn’t included as standard.

Can you post a link to your demo site so I can add it for you?

I already have full access to demoee.org, but thank you 🙂

Ticketing is now enabled on the site, you can find the ticket template in:

Event Espresso -> Messages -> Default message templates -> Ticket.

If you add a registration to an event you can view the ticket by clicking on the icon in Event Espresso -> Registrations.

Great thanks.

We are going to test to see if we get the result we need.

A greeting.
Manuel.

Hello, finally we have managed to make tests with “Printable Tickets” and adapt it to the needs of the client. Soon we bought it.

But we have a question, would it be possible to have the system send the tickets to several people at once and not go one at a time?

We attach an image of what we need to see if it can be done.

Thanks and best regards

Hi there,

Not currently no, we don’t have an option to batch generate ticket notices and the current functions that trigger the ticket notice cannot be used as is if that option was added to the dropdown meaning core will need to be refactoring for this or custom code used.

Hi, finally we have purchased the ticket plugin but we need to make the translation into Spanish, where can we locate the files es_ES.Mo of “Printable Tickets”?

Greetings.

Hi there,

The strings for all of our add-ons is included in the core translation files, which can be found here:

https://translate.eventespresso.com/projects/event-espresso-4/es/event-espresso-es_es/

Download the PO file, generate the MO file with POEdit and rename to event-espresso-4-es_ES.mo

Upload that to /wp-content/uploads/espresso/languages
