Someone bought 5 tickets – system glitched

Hi Guys,
I’ve been using EE for a few tours now.

Someone bought 5 tickets and they never got their etickets, I went into the system to resend the tickets as I have done before but when I click to goto the Edit Attendee Payment Record area all I get is a blank screen (see attached image)

Hello Cam,

What version of event espresso are you running? Have you looked for javascript errors with other plugins?

Version 3.1.23.B.3186

I dont know how it could be JS when everyone elses tickets work fine.. Just this one who bought 5 has glitched out. Anyone else had this issue?

Is it possible to get your login details in order to look into this?

If so, please send them via http://eventespresso.com/contact/

Choose the “I am sending login info as requested” option and fill out the form

NOTE: login details need to be Admin level.

Hi Cam,

I updated your WordPress to the latest version.

I see that your Event Espresso version is 3.1.23.B.3186 (I misread it in your post earlier). That is an old Beta version, you need to update your Event Espresso as many features have been added and issues resolved from that version.

I’m hesitant to upgrade during live ticket sales. I need to make sure I don’t lose any bookings. Can you offer any advice on how to upgrade safely?

Hello Cam,

You need to back up your database and files before performing any updates. That way, if something goes wrong, you can roll back to the previous version of your site.

Then follow the steps outlined on this page: http://eventespresso.com/wiki/updating-event-espresso/

If you have any questions or problems, let us know. You can also purchase a support token if you do not feel comfortable doing the upgrade yourself or would rather have the Event Espresso support team handle it for you.
