Some registrants not in list

Hello Event Espresso crew,

We are running an event right now where some people subscribed (we got a confirmation e-mail from EE3) but they don’t show up in the Excel list or the list in the back-end.
I can send you the confirmation e-mails if you would like to check.
Also, some people in the list don’t have mailadresses, which should be impossible. Email is a required field when they subscribe.

Technical info
WP 4.0 alpha (got that by accident, didn’t ask for an alpha version)
Latest versions of all the EE3 soft and add-ons
I did recently upgrade the calendar and the JSON API

Please help to solve this, because it is critical to our business (and to yours 🙂

I figured out the email thing, that was a configuration thing.

The missing entries are still an important issue.

Hi,

You’re running Version 3.1.36.5 just so you know.

Do you know if these people are registering multiple times?

The only way they could have an email and not be registered is if they are registering, then going back without finalising the registration (paying or clicking the finalize registration link).

Normally they would receive a warning about this, but with the email verification not working, my assumption is either: they have JavaScript turned off which will stop the validation and the message or there is a JavaScript error somewhere that is effectively stopping those things from working.

That being said I can’t see any JavaScript errors on your site, so I can only assume it’s because the user is not using JavaScript.
