Some registrants are not able to finish payment process. See event ID 300, Reg 191, 182, 181, 180. All the same person, using PC and Chrome and Int Explorer. Says CC section does not come up.
Another registrant says same. How can we fix this?n Thank you!
Hi, if this is specific to one individual, then there may be a restriction on the computer that is in use.
You shared that they have tried multiple web browsers from their computer. Do they see the same thing on another computer or a mobile device?
If not, then security software or a browser plugin may be interfering with the registration process.
