I am experiencing a strange issue where on some of my events, the number of tickets it is showing as sold is not matching the number of registgrations for that ticket.
For example i have a ticket that on the event edit page states Sold 19, Rsrvd 0, Regs 17. Thats not the only problem though, the more significant issue is when you go to the list of approved registrations, there are only 15 for this ticket.
So to summarise, the issue i’m having is the number of sold tickets shown on the event page editor, which determines the places the ticket selector shows to the users, does not match the actual number of registrations (counted from the list of approved registrations).
We are actually not 100% up to date at this moment but i’m planning to update everything next week (there are a few changes i need to take care of before i back up and update). Once i have updated i’ll check back in if it is still happening.
