Hello,
We are also experiencing the same issue when a student abandons the cart, it gets stuck there and its either the event will get sold or it will have less seats.

Our version is EE 4.10

Your thread implies this is something we’ve previously worked through, but I can’t find anything on your account related to this so I’m just checking I’m not missing something?

When you say they are getting stuck, how long for?
