Sold Out Problem

Hi All,

Let me just say I love this plugin and how comprehensive it is. But I am having an issue when an event is saying sold out when its not.

It worked for like 5 minutes then I get this:

Any ideas? I am using version 4.9.21 with WP 4.6.1.

Hi Brian,

You are setting the ‘QTY’ value on the ticket to 1.

As you have 2 tickets sold, the amount of tickets sold is more than the amount of tickets available, meaning the event will show sold out.

If you update that qty does the event work as expected?

Ahhh… so I also need to make the amount of tickets to 800. I understand now.
