Sold out Issue, can't find Cancel event registration process by user

I cannot find the event espresso cancelation while processing the payment.
When I tried testing the payment and close the browser it keeps the reserve for that particular event.
How user can cancel the event registration process?
and
How user will get back to there event registration process if they accidently close there browser or something went wrong between the payment.

Hi there,

I cannot find the event espresso cancelation while processing the payment.

Which payment method are you using on the site?

When I tried testing the payment and close the browser it keeps the reserve for that particular event.

It will automatically clear when the users session expires, which by default is 1 hour.

How user can cancel the event registration process?

They could visit the registration-cancelled page to clear their current session.

How user will get back to there event registration process if they accidently close there browser or something went wrong between the payment.

They would need to restart the registration is they close the browser, if there is an issue with the payment most providers will either direct the user back to the site (assuming its an offsite payment method) or show a link to return to the site.

Failing that they can start a new registration.
