When events are sold out they’re disappearing from the site (events are displayed using WP Bakery’s post grid element) as the event status is changing from “Published” to “Sold Out”. Is there a way to change it so the “Sold Out” post status is treated as “Published”. The events have waiting lists so we need them still to be visible on the site.
Usually this means the query being used for the above output explicitly sets the post status they require to be published, you can’t force Event Espresso to change how the post status works but you may be able to hook into post grid and allow for it.
Can you send me a copy of the plugin(s) so I can take a look if there is a filter for this?
Note that generally, we won’t log in and/or make any changes to the site without a support token, however, the above is a little strange so I’ll at least take a look to see what is happening.
