We sold out our event – awesome! Tickets were either Full Trice ($380) and some were Deposit ($100). I successfully moved the Deposit tickets across to the Full Ticket so that they are all on the Full Ticket – I then cancelled the Deposit tickets. Some are fully paid ($380) and some have paid $100. So this part worked really well – this is a great solution for not having a deposit option – well done guys.
The event is now Sold Out and the Wait List pops up. Again, great job with this guys.
So I sent the Payment Reminder to the people who owe money ($280) but when they attempt payment it comes up stating that they can’t register as it is Sold Out. I worked out that if I increase the event capacity/ ticket capacity and re-publish it from Sold Out to normal/ Upcoming they can then pay. What happens though, is that when they successfully pay it Approves the Deposit ($100) ticket that I had previously Cancelled – so it adds a place in the event. This probably why it wouldn’t allow the end-user to pay when it is Sold Out.
I am wondering what your thoughts are on this or if I am doing something wrong. I have more info and screenshots to add if you like.

Can you break down the steps you took with one of the registrations to move them?
I’m assuming you used the attendee mover add-on but they would automatically cancel the original registration and above it sounds you manually cancelled them?
If you can send me a breakdown of the steps you took on one of the registrations I’ll see if I can reproduce this locally.
