I have have reduced ticket #s from 12 to reflect 1 seat, which is sold. I have updated, refreshed and it is still showing 12 tickets available. Not sure what else to do. Sept 10th date. Kindly advise, what am I missing? |

Hi there, Which sections did you update? Can you add a screenshot of your DateTime and ticket section within the event editor, please? |
where do I place the screen shot? |
You can host the image on the site itself and post a link here, some examples: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/troubleshooting-checklist/#screenshots You can also email them to support[at]eventespresso.com and I’ll take a look there. Or if you prefer for me to just look directly add temporary log in credentials using this form: |

Thanks Tony, I just looked this morning and it is NOW showing Sold Out, not sure if this was a delay, but when I did save I refreshed and cleared my cache. But itiis showing now. |

There’s no persistent caching within EE itself but I can see there’s server side caching forced on the server, it could have been the request was still serving from the cache. GoDaddy Managed Hosting by any chance? |
yes to GoDaddy! I also send you a screenshot at upport@eventespresso.com as I may have caused another issue trying to solve the sold out issue, lol. It is displaying now on the sold out ticket option “Purchasable Quantities Event Date Ticket Uses |
The amount of caching issues with GoDaddy is just… crazy! I don’t know if it’s improved over the years but last time I worked on GoDaddy issues they forced caching on all pages, wouldn’t allow you to exclude any pages from caching, ignored ALL of the ‘anti-caching’ stuff we have within EE and advised you edited a file on the server to disable all caching…. which they would randomly replace which would then re-enable caching again and break everything previously fixed.
Edit the ticket and set the Min Qty for that to to 0 again (not this is NOT the same last the Qty for the ticket available, its a setting to for how many tickets the user can select in the dropdown each time for that specific ticket. If unsure, send me a screenshot of your tickets and I’ll walk though how to edit from there. |
Ok thanks, is there any works arounds with the Godaddy Cache issues? Do I just need to manually clear them in my browser? I have set the Min Qty for that to to 0 again, saved, refreshed and it is still there. Like it was doing yesterday for the SOLD OUT issue. |
There wasn’t. May be now. When you say you cleared your cache, where, using what?
Your browsers cache? No, this is server side on your web host side. — Hang on, your page shows this:
That page is indeed cached. Is Super Page Cache a plugin you have installed? |
I am a small business owner, self taught, built my website, not super knowledgable, just enough to be dangerous.lol I am not aware of any Super Page plug in and I don’t show it in my WP plugins. |
Can you send me temp login details so I can take a look? If so use this form: https://eventespresso.com/send-login-details/ If not we’ll need to walk through this more as something is caching the page. |
Happy to send login details |

Thank you, I just rechecked and now I see the plugin (maybe I searched incorrectly). I don’t want any of that to display. It does NOT display on any of the other ticket options for that Event. and thank you so much for all your support |
