Do we have to disallow multiple attendee registration for all Groupon eligible events?
My client is planning on offering 4 Groupon ‘deals’.
A class for 1 registrant, A class for 2 registrants, A class for 3 registrants, and a class for 4 registrants.
Will this work with the EE3 add-on?
Groupon codes discount all tickets within the registration.
So if an event accepts Groupon codes, and a user selects 2 tickets, any of the Groupon codes entered into the Groupon Addon will discount 100% off the registration (in this case 2 tickets)
So currently yes this can work, however if a user purchases a 1 registrant coupon, they could select any number of tickets and use that same code to discount 100% of the value within the registration.
I think I understand, but to be certain, if Groupon sells a 4-pack of classes they need to give me 4 codes and I need to set all Groupon eligible events so that customers can only sign-up for one person at a time.
When a social coupon is activated, it will apply a 100% discount to any items that are in the cart at that time as it is applied on a cart level and not an individual event level.
