Can you add clarity and detail to the situation please? When did this start happening, and what did you change at that time which might have caused this to happen?
Attendees ARE or ARE NOT getting their registration emails? Are your emails being filtered as spam by chance?
Do you have any message types turned off, if so, which ones?
hi garth thanks for your quick response please excuse my frustration as im sure its something with the goddaddy server or a setting just the client is all over me like a wet tshirt
this has been a ongoing issue but more so when we upgraded to 4.0
we have check the spam folders and it seems that not one registration confirmation is getting through but they are getting a payment confirmation… weird
i would appreciate help i can provide login details and if this can be fixed so client is happy i will be more then happy to pay for your time.
Also, if you are experiencing sporadic email issues where some emails work and some don’t, then we recommend trying a transactional email service like Mandrill or Postmark app:
They’ll take over sending email from the local mail server.
