Hello, I just purchased the EE4 plugin not long ago but the load times on my site is extremely slow. Please can you help me in improving my site speed.

Hi there,
May I ask if you can share any information about the hosting environment that your site is hosted on? For example, is this a shared host?

Hi Josh,
We are using a shared host Tsohost.
The site gets very slow when we add the plugin – and returns to normal speed when we remove it.
We would like this resolved as soon as possible – as we need to start selling tickets for our event.

Hi there,
It’s normal to see slower loading times after activating Event Espresso when the server is underpowered. Event Espresso uses a lot of resources. I can recommend contacting your host to see if they offer a VPS option, or may be they can configure your server to have more memory available.
