Hi, I am using EE4 beta with the promotions add on. I just tried adding a new event and noticed that the slider for the hour for the time is wrong.

You can see a screen shot here:

The end hour says 1pm and the slider says 4am

Hi,

I checked on EE4 Beta v4.8.0.beta.004 and did not see this issue. Are you using that version, which is the latest? If not please update and see if the issue is resolved.

If you have the most up to date versions of the EE4 beta and Promotions beta, then I would try troubleshooting by disabling all other plugins and seeing if that affects the slider.

Yes I am running Beta v4 8.0 beta 004. I deactivated all my plugins except for EE, and it still shows the wrong time for the slider on the end date of an event. This was not an issue on the non-beta release.

Thanks for the clarification.

In your WordPress Settings > General, what is your:

Timezone set to (e.g. UTC +0 or London)
Date Format
Time format

AHA! That was it… Since this was a test site, I didn’t configure the WP settings. When I set it my Timezone, New York, It started to display propelry.

Regards
Denise

Awesome! Glad it was an easy fix!

I’ll mark this as resolved. If you need to continue the discussion please open a new thread and link to this one.

Thanks.
