Site reassignment

We have moved our client’s site from dev to production and I can’t reset my key to get automatic plugin updates. I’ve tried checking out 4x from your site, and it never processes. Please advise asap! Thank you. The production domain to be reassigned is

I had this issue when I took my site live too. I went to the Event Espresso homepage and logged in, From there I went to where my sitekey is displayed and clicked the green icon to request a sitekey reset. I received and confirmation email and after that I didn’t have any issues!

I did just this, Patrick, but it says “reset pending” and we’ve heard from no one! This is crazy…

I apologize for the delay. I have reset your license key. Please remove the key from the field in your settings, save, then reenter the key and save again.
