I am not sure how to go about this so I will start here.
I finally got around to updating to the latest version, but loaded it in a subdirectory of my site to test first. Now the update key is assigned to the sub folder.
I was wondering if I could get it reset, now that I know better. I didn’t realize that a reset was attached to a $10 penalty. 🙁
I’ve reset your license key. Please remove your license key from the General Settings page of Event Espresso and save the form blank without a license key. Then re-enter your license key again which should enable the new domain and/or one-click upgrades. Let me know if I can do anything else for you.
Thank you very much Garth. I really appreciate you and your time!
Thanks again.
