Site license purpose… and installation

The following appears on my Account at Event Espresso:
Site License Keys:

These are all the site_license keys assigned to you for enabling automatic updates of plugins you’ve obtained from us

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX (real numbers are here)

Not Active

Why is it Not Active? Where can I activate it? Have looked under General and everything I can in my WP site …. PLEASE HELP.

Have you set your site license key in the General Settings page on your site?

I can’t find that anywhere on my site

What version are you using? I think you need 3.1.23 or later to receive one-click upgrades. You should be able to download that from your account.
