Site License Pending Reset

I requested a site license reset due to URL change (temporary to permanent) and my account page has said reset pending for a few days now. Can you help get this resolved?

Hi Debbie,

I have reset your license key. Please remove the key from the field in your settings, save, then reenter the key and save again.
