Hi,
Iam getting several “You have the correct Site License Key for Event Espresso but your current membership access only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain. Please log into your account to manage your Site License Keys or purchase a support license now.”

Can you reset my key

Hi Alan,

There were significant changes made between how licensing is handled in 3.1.27.1P and 3.1.28.1P to allow for less restrictions and result in less install key fails.

I’ve reset your key for you. Sorry for the trouble.

Hi Josh,
After you did this yesterday it seemed to work, however the errors are showing again. can you reset again?

Same issue here. Was fixed yesterday, but is giving issues again today. Also, is there any update on when we’ll be able to do an auto-update to the new EE version? Yesterday there was a post that the issue was known and that a developer was working on it.

My experiences duplicate Mike Pittman’s as well. The reset key worked yesterday, and today it popped the notification back up again.

Yep I got the same issue after I updated the plugin yesterday.
“You have the correct Site License Key for Event Espresso but your current membership access only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain. Please log into your account to manage your Site License Keys or purchase a support license now.”

I think the plugin might need another update… 😛

Hey guys,

I have reset your license keys. Please remove the key from the field in your settings, save, then reenter the key and save again.
