We just launched our site last night and are trying to transfer the site license key from wordpressoregon.com (where we were staging it) to ywcapdx.org (where it is now live). Never mind that I have to pay an extra $10 to do this (stupid). I am trying to make a payment so I can complete the requests and it just keeps taking me back to the same form, no error message no problems with my CC. The site is now live and this is super frustrating. On top of that the Authorize.net connection isn’t working. Your support person is helping me with it, but this is really making is look bad since we recommended this solution to the client.

Sorry about that. I have reset your license key. We don’t charge for license key resets when moving from a test to live server. I put in a request to the developers to try and make that a little clearer.
I will follow up in your other thread about the Authorize.net issues.

Please let me know how we can get this updated ASAP. We’re trying to follow the other suggestions on the Auth.net problem, but we can’t do any testing until this Site License issues is resolved.
I’ve reset the key again. What you will need to do next is go to Event Espresso>General settings on your site and remove the key there and save. Then you can go to your account page and copy then paste the key from the account page into the key field in Event Espresso>General Settings, then save again.
