My site license key was apparently reset by Jonathan Wilson of the support staff. I followed his instructions below, and still cannot automatically update EE plugin.
“I have reset your license keys. Please remove the key from the field in your settings, save, then reenter the key and save again.”
May we log into the site so we can investigate further? If so, please send WordPress admin level log in credentials via the contact form on this page: https://eventespresso.com/contact/
Please select the “I am sending login info as requested” department form.
Okay. Looks like it is resolved now. I removed the key, saved the options, entered the key, and saved again.
We were having issues with our auto-update system earlier. That may be what was causing the problem.
