When I purchased and installed the various plugins, I did not realize that I could not set the license key on my test environment especially since I needed to test the plugin in my sandbox environment. As a result when the site goes live this week, I will need to request a reset.

How long will a reset take? What are the associated fees?

Hi,

We can reset your license key instantly and waive the fee when moving from your dev server to live.

If you remove the key from the dev server and let us know we will reset your key (this just stops the dev server pinging us after the reset), you can then put the key into the live site and you should have no problems.

I tried to request a reset but I was asked to pay a fee. We are ready. The live site is http://www.ebwn.org

I remove the site license key per your instructions.

Hi,

Yes it does that but cancelling sends the request through marked as unpaid, which is fine in this instance. I have rest the licence key.

As you have removed it from the dev server, please add it to the live server and save the settings. If it still shows a message saying the licence isnt set after 24 hours please let us know.
