The status on my license key says reset pending and the website is incorrect. How cam I finalize the reset and correct the website location?
Also, I would like to add the ticketing and multiple event add-ons, but it seems that the ticketing add-on is almost as expensive as the Business License. So it might seem better to upgrade my license instead.
Do you offer discounts for Non-Profits?

I have reset your site license key. Let me know if you have anymore issues with it.
Yes, you can purchase a higher license at any time. Upgrading will give you access to additional addons, documentation, and support plus extend your license for an additional 12 months beyond your original expiration date. The sooner you upgrade the sooner you get all the new resources at a discount for 24 cumulative months. Be cause an additional 12 months of support is included, we do not offer discounts on upgrades.
However, we do offer discounts to qualifying non-profit organizations. You will need to fill out the form on this page: https://eventespresso.com/contact/non-profit-discounts/.
