Site License Key Issue

Hello – I’m seeing this error on my plugins page, but I only have espresso installed on 1 domain. What do I need to do here?

There is a new version of Event Espresso available. View What’s New with version 4.2.2.reg. You need a valid Site License Key to enable automatic upgrades. Your current membership level does not allow automatic upgrades on more than one domain. Please log into your account to manage your Site License Keys or purchase a support license now.

HI Jay,

I’ve reset your license key. Please remove your license key from the General Settings page of Event Espresso and save the form blank without a license key. Then re-enter your license key again which should enable the new domain and/or one-click upgrades. Let me know if I can do anything else for you.

Hi Garth,

I had to remove lines from the wp_options table for troubleshooting purposes. My site license is now showing a red key. Please advise.

I’ve just created a new Support License Key ending in 09. Please use that new license key which is available from your Event Espresso account:
