Site license key for upgrade

Hi there,
I wanted to update to new version, the 1 click update is not there and I receive this message;
[ You have the correct Site License Key for Event Espresso but your current membership access only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain. Please log into your account to manage your Site License Keys or purchase a support license now.]
What does that mean? I have only one site and when I checked my account it has a correct site name ( http://www.omnilargess.com )! What should I do?

Can you try removing the license key from your settings, saving the license key field, and then adding your key back in?

Do you have any old versions of Event Espresso uploaded or deactivated?

Hi Grath,
I removed the license key saved it and then added the key. the problem is still there! I don’t have any older version in my plugins where else should I look for it? Should I resubmit the key?

Hi Ted,

Please try it again. I reset the license key, try re-saving the same key.

It shouldn’t be necessary each update.
