As one of the moderators requested, I started a new topic with a complete description of my problem:
When I try to update my EventEspresso I get the message:
“Een fout opgetreden tijdens het bijwerken van Event Espresso: Update pakket niet beschikbaar..”
Translation: “An error occurred while updating Event Espresso: Update package not available… “
Furthermore I get the following message although we have a business license:
“You have the correct Site License Key for Event Espresso but your current membership access only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain. Please log into your account to manage your Site License Keys or purchase a support license now.”
Can you please help us updating Event Espresso?

Hi,
There was an incorrect file name in a previous version that might have caused this error. I’ve rest your license key which should allow you to get the downloads. If that doesn’t work then make sure that you don’t have your license key added to any other website.
Also, you can remove your license key and submit the support license key field blank and then add it again.
Let us know if you have any troubles after that.
