Dear, Rgds. |
Hi, I have reset your licence key. Please remove the key from the General Settings, save, add it back and save. I would also advise you to update your version of Event Espresso, we have fixed several important bugs since the version you are using. |
Thanks Dean for reset the licence, Rgds. |
Hi Andrea, Which version of Event Espresso is installed right now? Have you copied the license key from your account page to the bottom field on Event Espresso>General Settings and saved? |

Dear Josh, |
Hi there, Maybe you didn’t see my second question, I’ll repost here just in case: Have you copied the license key from your account page to the bottom field on Event Espresso>General Settings and saved? |
Yes, of course. |
Hi Andrea, We could try a new key. I’ll remove the old one and give you a new one right now. Is this a single site or a multi-site installation of WordPress? Are there any security plugins active that block communication with other servers? |
Single site. Rgds. |
I found a problem with DNS propagation, (double master server) i’ll check in the afternoon if will work. Thanks a lot for the new key. |
